Mr. Oliver John Ferrill, Jr. of Tyrone passed away on June 13, 2016. He was the son of the late Oliver John Ferrill,Sr. and Fanny Moore Ferrill of College Park, GA. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Schell Ferrill and his son , Craig Ferrill, Sr. He is survived by his sons, O.J. (Skeeter) Ferrill and his wife, Kimberly of Tyrone; Andy Ferrill and his wife, Cindy of Tyrone; grandchildren, David, Craig Jr. (Penny) , Kathryn, and Kelly; great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mr. Ferrill was a veteran, having served in both the Navy and the Army. He owned and operated O.J. Ferrill Company, Inc. (Auto Air Conditioning) in College Park for over forty years. He was an active member of Flat Creek Baptist Church in Fayetteville, GA. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at College Park Cemetery (college park, GA) with Dr. Jerry Cross officiating.

Ward Lawton (1954)
New O J, thats we called him at First Baptist of College Park, we served on some of he same committes. Shirley and I were members there for 35 years. He was there when we joined the Church. He repaired the air-condition in my cars over the years. New all his family well. Rest in peace OJ. Ward Lawton '54 CPHS
