Per notification from Julie Orr, daughter-in-law of Harold O. Orr, Harold passed away on July 13, 2015.  He was 88 years old.  His wife, Frances Hilderbrand Orr, passed away earlier this year on February 28, 2015, at age 86.  They were married 67 years.  They are survived by two sons and five grandchildren.
