THOMPSON, Alton Mr. Alton DeLamar (Buddy) Thompson, Jr., age 85, of Palmetto, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016. He is survived by his sister in-law, Rebecca Lee Thompson of Palmetto; nephews, Lamar Thompson and his wife, Donna of Sharpsburg, Bill Thompson of Myrtle Beach, Mike Thompson of Atlanta; great nephew, Nick Thompson; great niece, Brittany Thompson; cousin, Gay Morris. A funeral service will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 at 2 o'clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Dr. Jimmy Orr officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
