Donald passed away in 2009 with complications from diabetes. He had been living in Lanett, Alabama, for years with this disease & passed away in the hospital there. In that same year, shortly after Donald’s death, his only child…a son, passed away. Donald was always a very good-looking guy & lots of girls were infatuated with him. Even during the early grammar school years & certainly thru high school, he was described as an “Elvis” look-alike, but he never cared for the comparison. I have fond memories of Donald & still have some memorabilia that he gave me. You will never be forgotten, Donald. Rest in peace.
