SMALLWOOD- Ann Nix Smallwood age 65 of St. Simons Island, passed away September 11 , 2009. Ann Smallwood was retired from the City of College Park and a member of the New Comers Club at St. Simons Island. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mattie Pickard & Lanice Eugene Nix, Sr., brothers, Robert (Bob) Nix and Richard Nix. She is survived by Son: Keith Smallwood, Forest Park; Daughter: Christine Smallwood, Hendersonville, NC., Daughter & Son-in-Law: Julie & Allen Brown, Senoia, GA.; Brothers & Sisters-in-law: L.E. "Gene" & Marge Nix, Dacula; Clyde Nix, Loganville; Neil & Jan Nix, Dawsonville; Riley & Annette Nix, Stone Mountain; Sister & Brother-in-law: Madelyn & Larry Lester, West Palm Beach, FL; Sisters-in-law: Anne Nix, Venice, FL; Hilda A. Nix, Monroe. Grand Children: Shelby Smallwood, Timothy Shaun Smallwood, Jonah Maxwell Brown; Great Grandchildren: Burrell Holcomb, Daytona Smallwood.
