Ms. Janice Annette Watkins, age 69, of Powder Springs, GA passed away Friday, May 23, 2014. She was born January 30, 1945 in Atlanta, GA.

Ms. Watkins was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh Raiford Watkins, Jr. and Florence Holloway Watkins.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Belcher; nieces Amy Belcher (Dena Callahan) and Raeanne Belcher Lowry (Robby); great-nephew, William Lowry; and numerous other relatives.

The family received friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. The funeral service followed at the Rosehaven Chapel with Dr. Richard Walker officiating. Interment followed at College Park City Cemetery.
