 Carolyn Gaskins, age 68, of McDonough, died Monday, February 26, 2018. She was born to the late James Edward Cox Sr. and Marie Cox.
Mrs. Gaskins is survived by her husband of 50 years, Clifford Gaskins; son, Mike and his wife Sissy Gaskins; grandchildren, Joshua Gaskins and Samantha Brassell, and brother, James E. Cox, Jr.

Carol was such a lovely girl all through high school; We graduated from CPHS together, Class of 1967. I think of her smiling, kind, sometimes quiet, and always perfectly put-together. Although I've not seen Carol in awhile, I'll always remember her in the best of ways. For Clifford and all of Carol's family and dear friends, I ask God's blessings, as you struggle to fill the void she left.
