Vera Jeanette Bennett, 82, of Fayetteville passed away September 22, 2022. She was born on August 1, 1940, in College Park, Georgia to the late Paul E. and Mary Arnold.

Vera was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward “Gene” Arnold, Douglas Arnold, and Robert Arnold; and her parents. She is survived by her son, Michael Bennett; her grandchildren, Steven (Haley) Bennett and Stephanie (Sean) Bennett Morgan.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 26, 2022, at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, College Park, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 11:30-1:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
