Helen Elaine (Jones) Sisk

 SISK, Helen E., age 70 of Sugarmill Woods, Homosassa, FL died Monday, June 18, 2012, at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville. Born in Douglas, GA, she came to this area in 2005 from Atlanta, GA. She was a secretary and accountant for a Doctor’s Recruiting Agency, enjoyed card games and was a master bridge player and was of the Church of Christ faith. She was predeceased by her daughter: Angela. Survivors include her husband of 52 years: John E. Sisk, Jr.; son: Jeff Sisk of Homosassa and grandson: Austin of Glen Mills, PA. A memorial service was conducted Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill, Florida.

Nancy Tarpley (Westbrooks) (1959)
Helen was my dearest friend for over sixty years. She and I did so many things together including travel to Nassau, trips to Florida on many occasions, our cabin in Ellijay, camping trips and so many other things over the years. On so many occasions, we were together for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, and other holidays and spent many nights playing Bridge at each other's homes. After she and Johnny moved to Florida, we visited them many times and each week we talked on the phone to each other. I can't begin to count all of the memories that we shared. I really miss her and the time we had together.
