Died of heart failure.  She is survived by her husband Wayne Collins and children, Daryl, Kim, Dana and Kay.

Funeral Service for Mrs. Barbara Collins were held on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Jonesboro. Visitation was Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at the Tara Garden Chapel 681 North Ave., Jonesboro, GA. Mrs. Collins was an auxillary volunteer at the Southern Regional Medical Center. She is survived by a loving husband; Wayne Collins, sons; Darel Collins (Alexandra), Dana Collins (Cathy), daughters; Kim Maleski (Mark), Kay Stamper (Jeffrey), 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
