Gregory Scott Brook, 73, of Sharpsburg, Georgia, passed away Monday, January 26, 2026. He was born to Raymond and Avonell Hudgins Brook in Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday, June 18, 1952.
Scott was adoring husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents. Scott is survived by his loving wife, Kathe; daughters, Ashley (Steven) Brook, and Hannah (Danny) New; step-children, Nicole (Sean) Smith, Jade Smith, Jeremy (Kristen) Puzio, Sara Puzio, and Alison Puzio; grandchildren, Cameron Puzio, Charlie New, Adeline Puzio, Levon Grogan, and Margot New; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as extended family members.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM with Reverend Steven Carpenter officiating in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Visitation will take place prior to the service at the funeral home from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
