Mr. Dewey E. Peoples, Sr., age 64, of Jonesboro, passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Rita Eidson Peoples; children, Sherry Hale and her husband, Frank, Dewey Peoples, Jr. and his wife, Alexis; sisters, Katherine “Kitty” Kent and her husband, Jeff, Peggy Hammonds; brother, Rodney Peoples and his wife, Teresa; grandchildren, Ron Godby, Jr. and his wife, Sarah, Luke Godby and his wife, Chani, Samantha Peoples, Wesley Peoples, and Lynzie Peoples; great grandson, Blake Godby. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 2 o’clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Dr. Jimmy Orr officiating.
