I meet Frank in 1960 when me my mother and two brothers moved to College Park from Forest Park, he was my next door neighbor and was the first person I meet at College Park High. We did some crazy things durning those years and he and I both got drafted the same day durning the Vietnam War. He went in the Marines and I went to the army. We stayed friends some time after that. I do remeber his dad, he was a very good man and treated me and my bothers great. Frank had three children, twins (boy&girl) and one older son who lost his life in a work related accident. I hope his children and doing well.
