Ralph June Clay

Ralph June Clay, age 77 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Ralph was born in Miami, Florida on June 30, 1946. His parents, Homer Newell and Mildred Dorothy May and brother in law, Jerry Ingram, preceded him in death. Ralph attended College Park High School, then Brewton-Parker College before joining the US Army and serving during the Vietnam War. Ralph loved sports and was an avid golfer. He enjoyed time with his many golf friends when not with his family. Survivors include his wife, Judy Clay; sons, Kelly Clay (Trudy), Brian Clay, Bradley Clay; daughters, Shannon Erickson (Curtis), Trisha Clay Coffey; stepson Jason Lamb (Kelly), Jimmy Lamb; stepdaughter, Christina Addison (Kyle); former daughter in law, Candice Clay; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Shirley Brennan (Skip); brother in law Kenneth Ingram (Deborah); sister in law, Karen Ellis (Daryl); many nieces nephews, cousins and golf friends. A funeral service with military honors is being planned and will be announced later.
