Rather than try to tell you what I have been up to myself, you can watch most of it in living color on my "You Tube" page. Just go to You Tube and type in" Bonnie Duncan Brown". I have over 100 videos on this site. It will pretty much tell you about me, my husband, my kids, my parents, and my brother Johnny Duncan & his wife Toni (Thompson) class of '63. The best one to watch on my brother would be named. "Life of An Atlanta Musician" Lot of old photo's and people you may know in that one. I also have some reunions on there 1959,& '60's 50th reunions and a couple of the Multi-class. Check it out!!
Hard to pick one.. So I will go back to my very first day at good ole CPHS. Back then you got initiated on your first day as a sub-Freshman (8th grade)
This involved a gang or even only one person, grabbing you and putting as much lipstick on your face arms, neck, hair, etc. as they could. This would happen several times on your way home. I was told the more you got the better you were going to be liked... I am not too sure that was true. because by the time i got to the house. I had lipstick an inch thick on me and in my ears.. on my cloths.. and even shoes.. I was laughing not really sure why, maybe trying to keep from crying. I spent most of the rest of the day in the tub using cold cream and lots and lots of soap trying to get this stuff off.. It took a few days to get it all to fade completely out... Good news!!.. I wasn't the only one who look so foolish in class for those few days! What a wonderful time and no one was hurt!
